There are a variety of programs to do this, and I personally use a free software called “Cura” that is easy to set up, and recommended by Monoprice. The scanner is not seen by my computer (I never saw it on the Devices and Printers but in the scanning software it was available, and it worked).BEST ANSWER: Hello, I’ve had this printer for a little under a year, and enjoyed it very much. I can still print fine, but no longer scan. More I can print from the computer no problem, but when I scan the printer says I'm not connected to pm.
